Total fees for an international adoption range between $50,000 to $60,000 for Russia, $28,000 to $37,000 for Ethiopia and $23,000 - $25,000 for China. These fees include all agency fees, legal fees, homestudy costs, dossier preparation and processing, domestic and international phone calls and mailing expenses, USCIS approval, visas and passports and travel expenses. The costs to adopt two children vary by country, and the costs may decrease significantly if you are willing to adopt an older child. We will be happy to provide you with a breakdown of our costs and to discuss the costs in detail.
The fees for a domestic adoption are $21,000 to $25,000, plus any additional birth mother medical and living expenses, if applicable.
