KidsFirst has been working in adoption for over 20 years, completing over 800 adoptions around the world – from Russia and China, to almost all 50 states. Our agency, started by Inna Pecar and her husband Steve, handles both domestic and international adoptions, and has expertise in home studies and adoption law.
Internationally, we provide adoption services for the placement of children from Hague countries, including Bulgaria, Dominican Republic, Poland, and Ukraine. We are working now to expand into Latvia, too.
Our agency works to ensure that all children are placed into loving and qualified homes. We take great pride in adhering to the highest ethical standards in our representation of adoptive and biological families. Inna is always available for consultations with families interested in adopting or placing a child for adoption. Feel free to contact us at any time.
KidsFirst Foundation: Our nonprofit organization is focused on providing better lives for orphaned children around the world. Funds raised provide basic humanitarian needs to orphanages, and create a network of support for the families of adopted children. Email us here.
Hague Accreditation signifies that an agency meets the standards founded in the Intercountry Adoption Act of 2000, and the Universal Accreditation Act of 2012. This status indicates that COA (Council on Accreditation) has concluded that the agency conducts services in substantial compliance with these standards, and that COA continues to monitor and oversee its performance.
